Blog Entry: Anger management: I recently saw a movie called anger management. Hero is a person who rarely gets angry, gets in freek fight in café and u s court give him suspended sentence with condition of three months of anger management programme in an institution. Hero is a person who keeps cool but environment is so bad there that he becomes a very angry person. Getting angry is a common emotion and consequently many crimes take place due to anger. There is feeling that if you suppress anger then it will harm you physically by manifesting as some disease. This is possible but not so easy. It may take years of anger suppression for this. And getting angry has similar consequences. Quicker consequences of anger are more significant. Some people get easily angry and then visciate the whole atmosphere and do not benefit anybody. Some people commit crimes in a fit of anger. Some people damage property. Some people take wrong decisions which they repent later. So anger suppression or I will call it control of anger is better than allowing it. If some time is given or taken we realize that cause of anger was trivial or inconsenquential and greater disaster is averted. Better to remain cool in all provocations. If you want to get parental and have control then better to feign anger for the moment than allow it to run amok. Understanding problems is a better solutions than getting angry. Some people say count 100 when you are angry. Some people say drink a glass of cool water. Do anything but never get angry.
